Document Fieldwork

During a service job, you document your work directly in the mobile app — with forms, photos, and checklists.

Start a Job

  1. Open the VISOTASK® app on your device
  2. Tap the upcoming job in your daily list
  3. Tap Start Job
  4. The booking status automatically changes to “In Progress”

Fill Out Forms

  1. On the job screen, tap Forms
  2. Select the assigned form
  3. Fill in the fields step by step:
    • Text fields: Tap the field and enter the text
    • Numeric values: Enter the number
    • Selection: Choose from the provided options
    • Date/Time: Use the date picker
  4. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*)
  5. Tap Save

Note: Forms are automatically saved as drafts. No data is lost in case of connectivity issues.

Take Photos

  1. Tap Add Photo in the form or job view
  2. The camera opens automatically
  3. Take the photo
  4. Optionally add a description or annotation
  5. Tap Save

Photos are automatically:

  • Timestamped
  • Geotagged with GPS coordinates
  • Associated with the job

Complete Checklists

  1. Tap Checklists on the job screen
  2. Work through the inspection items in order
  3. Check off each completed item
  4. For required items with photo evidence: take the requested photo
  5. Failed items can be annotated with a comment

Complete the Job

  1. Ensure all required fields and mandatory items are completed
  2. Tap Complete Job
  3. VISOTASK® verifies the completeness of your documentation
  4. You will be prompted if any required entries are missing
