Create Report

After completing a service job, you generate a report and obtain the customer signature — directly in the mobile app.

Generate a Report

  1. Open the completed job in the app
  2. Tap Create Report
  3. VISOTASK® automatically generates a report based on:
    • Completed forms
    • Completed checklists
    • Captured photos
    • Service times
  4. Review the summary in the preview screen

Edit the Report

If needed, you can supplement the report before finalizing:

  1. Tap Edit in the preview
  2. Add additional notes in the free-text field
  3. Attach more photos
  4. Correct entries as needed
  5. Tap Update Preview

Obtain Customer Signature

  1. Tap Get Signature
  2. Hand the device to the customer
  3. The customer sees a summary of the service job
  4. The customer signs on the display
  5. Optionally, the customer enters their name in print
  6. Tap Confirm Signature

Note: The signature is stored with a timestamp and location and is legally binding.

Finalize and Send Report

  1. After the customer signature, tap Finalize Report
  2. The report is generated as a PDF
  3. Choose the delivery option:
    • Send to Customer — Email with PDF attachment
    • Save Only — Report is filed in the appointment record
  4. The report appears in the admin dashboard

Offline Capability

Reports can be created without an internet connection:

  1. Create and sign the report as usual
  2. The report is saved locally
  3. When connectivity is restored, the report is automatically synchronized
