Create Report
After completing a service job, you generate a report and obtain the customer signature — directly in the mobile app.
Generate a Report
- Open the completed job in the app
- Tap Create Report
- VISOTASK® automatically generates a report based on:
- Completed forms
- Completed checklists
- Captured photos
- Service times
- Review the summary in the preview screen

Edit the Report
If needed, you can supplement the report before finalizing:
- Tap Edit in the preview
- Add additional notes in the free-text field
- Attach more photos
- Correct entries as needed
- Tap Update Preview

Obtain Customer Signature
- Tap Get Signature
- Hand the device to the customer
- The customer sees a summary of the service job
- The customer signs on the display
- Optionally, the customer enters their name in print
- Tap Confirm Signature
Note: The signature is stored with a timestamp and location and is legally binding.

Finalize and Send Report
- After the customer signature, tap Finalize Report
- The report is generated as a PDF
- Choose the delivery option:
- Send to Customer — Email with PDF attachment
- Save Only — Report is filed in the appointment record
- The report appears in the admin dashboard

Offline Capability
Reports can be created without an internet connection:
- Create and sign the report as usual
- The report is saved locally
- When connectivity is restored, the report is automatically synchronized
