Settings and Configuration

Under Settings, you configure your tenant, customize branding, and manage email templates.

Configure Your Tenant

  1. Navigate to Settings → Tenant
  2. Maintain your company master data:
    • Company name and legal form
    • Address
    • Tax number / VAT ID
    • Contact information
  3. Save the changes

Customize Branding

Adapt the appearance of VISOTASK® to your corporate identity:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Branding
  2. Configure the following elements:
    • Logo — Upload your company logo (recommended: PNG, min. 200x200 px)
    • Primary Color — Your main color for buttons and accents
    • Secondary Color — Complementary color for highlights
  3. The preview shows your changes in real time
  4. Click Save

Note: Branding is applied to generated PDFs, emails, and the user interface.

Manage Email Templates

  1. Navigate to Settings → Email Templates
  2. Select a template from the list:
    • User invitation
    • Booking confirmation
    • Appointment reminder
    • Report delivery
  3. Edit the subject line and content
  4. Use placeholders for dynamic content (e.g., {{CustomerName}})
  5. Test the template with Send Test Email
  6. Save the changes

Configure Notifications

  1. Navigate to Settings → Notifications
  2. Define which events trigger notifications:
    • New booking created
    • Service job completed
    • Report generated
  3. Choose the channels: email, push notification, or both
