Reports

VISOTASK® enables the creation of professional service reports — either manually or automatically generated, including digital customer signatures.

Create a Report Template

  1. Navigate to Reports → Templates
  2. Click New Template
  3. Define the report structure:
    • Header — Company logo, report number, date
    • Service Data — Auto-populated fields from the booking
    • Work Description — Free-text area for the technician
    • Materials List — Materials used
    • Photo Section — Embedded service photos
    • Signature Section — Technician and customer
  4. Save the template

Automatic Report Generation

  1. Configure automatic generation under Reports → Settings
  2. Select when reports should be created:
    • After completing a service job
    • After obtaining the customer signature
    • Manually by the technician
  3. VISOTASK® automatically populates the report with captured service data

Customer Signature

The digital customer signature is obtained on-site:

  1. The technician opens the report in the mobile app
  2. The customer signs on the device display
  3. The signature is automatically added to the report
  4. The report is finalized as a PDF

Note: The signature is stored with a timestamp and GPS coordinates.

View and Export Reports

  1. Navigate to Reports → Overview
  2. Filter by time period, client, or technician
  3. Open a report for the detail view
  4. Use the export options:
    • Download PDF
    • Send via email
    • File in appointment record
