Getting Started as Administrator

Welcome to VISOTASK®

As an administrator, you have access to all platform features. This guide walks you through the most important first steps.

1. Dashboard

After logging in, you will see your dashboard with key metrics:

  • Active technicians
  • Bookings this month
  • Open orders

2. Invite Users

Navigate to Settings → Users and click “Invite User”.

  1. Enter the email address
  2. Select the role (Admin, Dispatcher, Technician)
  3. The user will receive an invitation email

3. Create Your First Booking

Go to Bookings → New Booking and fill out the form. The booking will automatically be assigned to a matching technician.
