Manage Bookings
Bookings are the foundation of your scheduling workflow in VISOTASK®. This guide covers how to create, edit, cancel, and track bookings.
Create a New Booking
- Navigate to Bookings → New Booking
- Fill in the required fields:
- Client / Customer
- Service address
- Preferred time frame
- Service description
- Optionally assign a form or checklist
- Click Create Booking

Edit a Booking
- Open the booking list under Bookings
- Click on the booking you want to modify
- Make changes to the relevant fields
- Save with Apply Changes
Note: Changes to assigned bookings are automatically communicated to the technician.

Cancel a Booking
- Open the affected booking
- Click Cancel
- Enter a cancellation reason
- Confirm the cancellation
Cancelled bookings remain visible in the system and can be filtered.
Status Tracking
Each booking progresses through defined status stages:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Not yet released |
| Scheduled | Time slot and technician assigned |
| In Progress | Technician has started the job |
| Completed | Job documented and finished |
| Cancelled | Booking has been cancelled |

Filters and Search
Use the filter bar to find specific bookings:
- Click Filter above the booking list
- Select filter criteria: status, time period, client, technician
- Combine multiple filters for precise results
- Save frequently used filters as presets
