Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between VISOTASK® GmbH and its customers regarding the use of the VISOTASK® platform as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).

2. Service Scope

VISOTASK® provides a web-based platform for booking, dispatching and field service management. The scope of services depends on the chosen plan.

3. Trial Period

Every new customer receives a free 14-day trial. After the trial period, the subscription is automatically activated unless cancelled beforehand.

4. Pricing and Payment

Current prices are available on the pricing page. Billing is monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe. All prices are exclusive of applicable VAT.

5. Cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled at any time at the end of the current billing period. There is no minimum commitment. Cancellation is done through the customer portal.

6. Data Protection

Processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy and GDPR. Details can be found at /en/privacy.

7. Availability

VISOTASK® aims for 99.5% availability. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance.

8. Liability

VISOTASK®'s liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages and lost profits is excluded.
