3. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your data for providing our service (contract performance, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), for billing via Stripe, and for communication with you.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Your data is shared only with: Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database hosting), Resend (email delivery). All processors are GDPR-compliant.

We only use technically necessary cookies (session cookie for authentication). No tracking or marketing cookies are used.

All personal data is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Transmission uses TLS-encrypted connections exclusively. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (cost 12).
