Time Tracking for Employees

Clocking your working time

Open the Time Tracking area in your navigation. At the top you see your live status (green = on duty, orange = on break, gray = off duty) as well as Worked, Target and Balance.

  • Clock in: tap at the start of your work.
  • Break / End break: breaks are automatically deducted from your working time.
  • Clock out: tap at the end of your work — times are calculated automatically.

Your own analysis

Under Analysis you see your hours per week or month: total hours, balance (actual − target) and a bar chart (hours worked against your daily target). Use the arrows to page through the periods.

Logging time afterwards

If you forgot to clock, use Log time: enter the date, from/to time, optionally a ticket and a note, then Send request. The entry is sent to your supervisor for approval.

Leave & absence

Under Leave & Absence you see your remaining leave at the top. To request, choose the type (e.g. leave), from/to and optionally a note, then Send request. The request is initially open and is approved or rejected by your supervisor. You can cancel open or approved requests via the X. The monthly calendar shows your approved absences (colored) and public holidays (gray).
